Refund & Return Policy

At The Essence Edit, each product is made-to-order specifically for you through our print-on-demand production process. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • incorrect size selection
  • change of mind
  • buyer’s remorse

Please review product descriptions, sizing information, and order details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives:

  • damaged
  • defective
  • misprinted
  • or incorrect

please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include:

  • your order number
  • clear photos of the item and packaging
  • a brief description of the issue

If approved, we will gladly offer:

  • a replacement
    OR
  • a refund at no additional cost

Lost Packages

If your package is confirmed lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because orders enter production quickly, cancellations or modifications are only possible within 12 hours of placing the order.

After production begins, we are unable to make changes.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear depending on your payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we do not accept returns for:

  • wrong size ordered by customer
  • color preference changes
  • accidental orders
  • minor placement variations in printed designs
