At The Essence Edit, every piece is made-to-order specifically for you. Because of this custom nature, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection.
Damaged or Wrong Items:
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at theessenceedit2026@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the product. We will gladly send a replacement at no extra cost.
